      1. Order Processing Time

We know you're excited to start your lattes and desserts! That’s why we move fast:

  • Fast Fulfillment: Orders are prepared the same day or the next business day at the latest (for orders placed at night or during weekends).

  • Once your order is packed and ready, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

    2. Delivery Methods & Times

    We offer four flexible shipping options to fit your schedule and budget:

    3. General Delivery Window

    While most of our customers receive their vibrant purple Ube within 2 to 6 business days, please note that delivery can take anywhere from 24 hours to 10 days depending on your location, shipping method, and external circumstances (such as holidays or carrier delays).

    4. Tracking Your Order

    As soon as your package leaves our facility, we will send you a tracking link via email. You can follow your Ube’s journey from our warehouse to your kitchen in real-time.

    5. Delivery Issues?
