No. At DIOLATA, return shipping costs are fully covered, whether for a change of mind or a defect. Simply contact us at support@diolata.com and we will send you a prepaid shipping label.

No. In order to ensure perfect traceability of your return, we will send you the prepaid label and the address of our workshops by email.

We absolutely require that you use the original shipping box to guarantee the product's protection during return transit.

Upon receipt and inspection of the product, a refund will be issued within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method. The refund will be made via the payment method used for the purchase.

Contact us within 24 to 48 hours with a photograph of the damage at support@diolata.com. We will proceed with a replacement immediately.
